Bill pay problem on app

On the Verizon app, the bill pay link is stuck in a loop.  Any tips?  

I deleted app, then reinstalled. 

I updated app. 

Restated phone 

Nothing works.

We want to make a payment to be easy for you. If you're having trouble completing the payment via the MyVerizon app on your phone there are a few other options to try. You can log into My Verizon on a computer and make the payment there. You could also place a call to #PMT (#768) to make the payment over the phone. -James
