After upgrading from a Google Pixel 4a to a Pixel 6, all my call history was gone from the new phone. I did not use the "clear history" feature. Where and how can I locate my past calls?

Are those calls still on the Pixel 4a?
I'm sure they are the same, but be sure the Google Account on the two device match.

I'm honestly not sure if the Google transfer tool will copy over the call history or not. I certainly didn't pay attention to it when I switched to my current phone.
If you really need it though, you can look into using an application from the Play Store that can backup the call log on the old phone and in theory transfer it to the new phone. I happen to use such an application to backup my messages and calls. I have used the application to restore my messages on the newer phones, but I'm not sure if I have used it to restore my call log. You can give it a try if you still have your previous phone.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
