Can't access hidden diagnostics screen

So i have Pixel 6 Pro and want to access hidden diagnostics screen  . So i opened Phone app and enter *#*#4636#*#* and tap Call. But instead of seeing appropriate screen I'm getting automated message saying Welcome to Verizon Wireless , we unable to complete your call.

What am I doing wrong? Or it's blocked by Verizon?

Any help is greatly appreciated

I just dialed *#*#4636#*#* from my Pixel 7 P and the diagnostics menu appears.
