Cannot sync My Cloud contacts with my new Pixel 7 phone

When I try to sync my contacts from My Cloud to my Pixel 7 phone I notice that many of my personal contacts do not show up on my Pixel.

Either the sync is not working or there is a selective download.

How can I download all my contacts either thru My Cloud or manually?
