No one likes having their data limited including myself, talormde. I would love to help with figuring this out. Can you tell me more about how you found out that you are limited to data? Do you get an error? Please tell me more. AmberF_VZW
I've had about 10 people try to help. I'm frustrated because Verizon Custer case has poor customer service. They will have you restart your phone then won't call back. I just want my data working. Especially if your charging me for it. Can someone please help???

Your answer doesn't help everybody that is having the issue. My phone is giving me audio notifications about every 5 minutes!! stop the madness and tell us how to fix this....and yes, I already restarted my phone.
