Coded message from Verizon

At least once a week I receive a message that includes this "//VZWVVM:STATUS:st=R;rc=0;srv=sf1lv.imsvm.com;ipt=143;[Removed];pw=w2FeDLPYkkZe6ZY;lang=1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8;g_len=60;vs_len=10;pw_len=4-7;dev_t=5;vmg_url=https://mobile.vzw.com/VMGIMS/VMServices"

It comes from 900080006021

What is this? How do I stop it?

The system thinks your phone is setup for visual voicemail so it is pushing the notification of a new voicemail to the phone. Which phone model do you have? Do you use visual voicemail? You need an active 4G or 3G cellular connection to access your voicemail through the voicemail application.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I have Google Pixel. I do not use visual voicemail, I can't even find it in my settings or apps

Visual voicemail is incorporated into the phone dialer. Open the phone application > menu (three dots upper right) > Settings > Calls > Voicemail > turn on visual voicemail.
