Conference call goes to analog

Pixel 8 Pro here. 2 weeks ago. Out of the blue. My service acting up. I'm a trucker so I'm on the phone all day with other drivers. When I get merged or I merge calls. My service audio goes to what sounds like analog. 

Been up the tech support chain. As high as creating a NRB. No one can figure out what the problem is. Only my phone. I've swapped phones, changed sims. Tech has sent numerous files and whatever they send to my phone.

Problem still persists. Super annoying. I've also tried without my Bluetooth headset thinking maybe that was the problem.

 

Nothing. I'm at wits end with this. Any thoughts? I'm at the point where I'm about to ditch Verizon or this pixel.

I've heard conference calling doesn't necessarily work too well with either VoLTE or WiFi Calling.  Don't think it's your phone, probably more a latency issue with the group call being transferred over multiple towers.  I found this on Google:

Hello Freightguy70. Thanks so much for laying all that out. I can only imagine how frustrating this has been, especially with how important your phone is on the road. It sounds like you've gone through most of the troubleshooting steps. Have you had a chance to reach out to Pixel directly to see if they've had similar reports or firmware updates addressing this?
