After posting a couple days ago about the horrendous online chat experience, I was actually impressed with the customer service on the phone.
Beth actually spent an hour and a half trying to fix my problem. She was very professional, and did everything she could do to fix my problem. She also had her supervisor try and help resolve the issue. I think she went into the bowels of the Verizon servers trying to retrieve what I needed, lol.
Kudos to Beth....:)
