I have been a Verizon customer since the Alltel acquisition in 2008. I'm going to switch providers over this WiFi calling garbage, you've made my phone useless as a phone in both my home and my office.
You might explain your issue, e.g. 'WiFi calling garbage', more clearly. Choosing a provider and a phone are your choices.

This thread covers the issue pretty well. It's a problem that can only be solved by switching to a different carrier at the moment. I'm just letting Verizon know why I'm switching.
