We're very sorry, but we're not able to unlock devices purchased from a non-authorized third party. Please reach out to the seller for help with unlocking the device.

The original phone owner can request the unlock, no one else can. Your only option is to request a refund and return the phone. Let the seller know they sold it with a false listing and demand your money back. Best of luck.

The seller states that he cannot unlock the device, and since it was blocked by verizon, who else can do it? I didn't knew i was buying an verizon blocked device. If the phone came from an authorized third party could you unlock it?
