How do I unlock my phone

Hello, 

I have bought a renewed google pixel 5 from Amazon USA. and I realized it's locked by Verizon, How do I unlock the phone? I read that you can unlock the phone if it's active for two months, is there any plan that I can subscribe to for two months then my phone can be unlocked? note that I don't live in the USA.

Hello! Devices that you purchase from Verizon are locked for 60 days after purchase. You can review our policy in the link below:

For devices purchased from a third party, we recommend you to contact the seller.

Thank you for following up,

Currently, I'm visiting France and purchased the phone through Amazon Prime in the USA (I can send you the invoice if needed). and I'm about to return to Cairo, Egypt, where it will be impossible to send the phone back to Amazon USA, so I'm hoping there will be other solutions or some kind of exception that will allow me to use the phone.

The best option is to reach out to the seller directly. Also, another option is to reach out to the manufacturer to find out why the device has been locked. We want to make sure that this device went through the correct purchasing process. ~Geo
