Not receiving MMS message/responses.

This is happening if I am the originator of the message or am part of the recipient group. I have tried the trouble shooting methods as described for "phone not sending/receiving texts" and the trouble shooting for group messages.  I believe the people I am not receiving messages from have iPhones but I can't be sure.  Regardless, I am sure I am deactivated from iMessage.  Is anyone else having this issue?

KATEEGB, I understand the urgency in receiving all your messages. I'm so sorry this is happening with Group Messages. I'm eager to get this resolved.


Can you tell me when this started happening? Is there any error when your contacts are sending Group Messages to your phone? Have you had an iPhone in the past? Please elaborate so we can better assist you.
