Not receiving short code sms

Hello,

I'm opening a bank account in Europe and I need to download a third party authentication app called "Evrotrust". However, I don't receive SMS verification messages from them. The number they come from is 1511. Please help, I tried everything.

Edit: The app support team notified me that the messages show as sent and received on their end.

We know it's important to make sure the authentication is set up. Are you having any other issues with the device? Are you able to receive texts from others? *Rebecca
