Notification Time On Pixel XL Lock Screen

Is there any way to increase the Notification Time on the Google Pixel XL Lock Screen.
It's only about 5 seconds, by the time you see it, pick up the phone, it's gone.

My question was, is there any way to increase the Notification Time on the Lock Screen.

Not that I know of. Have you turned on the LED notification light? That's what I rely on if I miss the on screen notification.

That's what I thought, I have looked everywhere for a setting.
Yes, I have the LED notification light turned on.
It's not that I am missing a notification.

If the phone is sitting beside me I see it light up on the lock screen.
By the time I reach down and pick it up to see what it says the notification is gone.

Of course to read it all I have to do is pull down the top status and there it is.
What I was looking for was a way, (setting), to change it from the current 5 seconds to say 10.

I just don't think it is changeable, I have looked everywhere, why I asked.
