Ordered Pixel Pro cloudy white 256 gb on OCT. 19. No updates 12/6. My estimated delivery date was changed from 11/15 to now 12/10.
What's going on? I have no tracking number, no updated shipping info nothing. I don't mind waiting but I'm not a fan of being strung along in the dark
I ordered (the 512gb) on the 19th as well, but had to cancel my order in order to change the delivery address, so reordered again on the 22nd. My original delivery date was 10/28, but that was quickly changed to 11/9. 11/9 came, the date switched to 11/10 and then 11/11. And there it has stayed.
I've called a few times and tried the chat reps as well. The first time I was told my new delivery date would be 11/23, but then that came and went as well. Tried chatting with a rep and they told me the date was actually 12/23. Called again because the chat feature is frustrating, I was told delivery would be on 12/7. That's tomorrow, but I'm not holding my breath.
I understand this is a strongly in demand product but VZW needs to be a little more transparent about shipment dates and not leave people in the dark for almost 2 months about a phone they preordered.
