Phone isn't ringing for incoming calls

I have a pixel and my phone is not ringing on incoming calls but I fet a voice message..its happened x3 with this caller -Turbo tax

Is it only happening with a certain number? If so check to make sure they're not blocked, find the number within your contacts, select it and click the 3 dots on the top right. If you see "unblock numbers" within that menu, the contacts blocked. Simply click the unblock contacts and it should now ring when they call. Also, have you checked that the ringer volume isn't low?
