Phone was not unlocked

I was a Verizon customer from 2023 to end of 2024.

I prepaid a pixel 8pro and use it with my account for almost 2 years.

my account was always in good standing.

i terminated my contract with Verizon in very bad terms due to problems with the service.

I requested  my details to be deleted from Verizon through a data privacy request.

i tried to use the pixel 8pro I purchased in 2023 with another SIM card and it shows the carrier lock.

my phone is not black listed or anything. It seems that it just never was unlocked my Verizon even though it should have after 60 days.

I need to get this fix.

i do not remember my old account details or phone number (it was long long ago)
