Pixel 5 signal strength

I have 2 Pixel 5's. One is a work phone and one for personal use. My personal Pixel 5 continuously does not have the same signal strength as my work Pixel 5. I will have both phones side by side and can see clearly the  2 bars on personal and full strength on work phone. What could cause the weak reception on one identical phone and not the other? Yes, both are on Verizon account.
