I tried that but Verizon wanted to sent a text confirmation code to the phone that does not receive text messages. I did not see an option for other means of confirmation.

Has Verizon made any progress in FIXING this issue? Unfortunately my line is owned by my employer so I am not authorized to make account changes 😞
I log in here, Verizon clearly sees my Pixel 5a ... soo ... not sure why the "system" cannot make it work?
