My Pixel 6 Pro has a ship date of today 12.27 but the order status still says it is in process so nothing has shipped. I ordered a second one for the same family plan directly after the first order and that one has shipped with an est delivery date of tomorrow 12.28. Why has the first one not shipped yet?
Verizon messes up even the most simple things, like buying a new phone. You would think it would be easy to spend money, but they go out of their way to make the process as frustrating and error-ridden as possible.
