I can't activate the SIM card because I moved a long time ago and we don't have Verizon. I bought a phone 3 years ago but I never activated the SIM card and now it doesn't catch and I don't even know how to activate it to unlock it.

Hello again, you said in your first post the phone had never been activated on Verizon when you bought it. The only way to unlock the phone is to activate it on Verizon's network and use it on Verizon for at least 60 days. But because you are outside of the United States, this is not possible. Sorry about your phone, but that is how the unlocking policy works.

Hello kotoko, being on top of your service is crucial, especially if you are managing its activation and lock/unlock status.
Let's gather more info. Where was the phone purchased? Where are you trying to use it? What occurs when you attempt to program it in your new location?

No worries, you don't need to apologize. I can't speak at all in either Kazakh or Russian, so you're doing better than me. Please see my earlier message for more details. Unfortunately, there is no way to unlock your phone outside of the US, and the Verizon SIM is not working because Verizon only operates in the US.

If you're not a Verizon customer, you would have to get a new line on Verizon using this Pixel 6 and use the phone for at least 60 days on Verizon's network before it will unlock. Be warned that people have had problems with the unlocking thing where phones bought secondhand or through some other company other than Verizon have run into a glitch in the system where their phone persistently stays locked, and doesn't seem like many people, if anyone, can get a reliable solution.
