We're sorry for the issues you're having with your device. Devices that you purchase from Verizon are locked for 60 days after purchase. Devices that you purchase from our retail partners are locked for 60 days after activation. After 60 days, we will automatically remove the lock. Following the 60 day lock period, we do not lock our phones at any time: https://www.verizon.com/about/consumer-safety/overview#acc-item-531. We hope this information helps.

I bought a Verizon pixel 7 at the beginning on November from a retailer the 60 days passed andbthenphone is still locked I'm overseas and I can't use it I talked with customer service and they said that they just guarantee the unlock of devices purchase from Verizon directly (the web page states something different) and that I have to talk with the retailer the retailer states the lock comes from Verizon meanwhile I have no phone.

In the post above yours Verizon states: Devices that you purchase from our retail partners are locked for 60 days after activation. What was the initial activation date for your phone?

sylvanya We definitely want to help you with your situation regarding your device. Was the device on actual Verizon service for 60 from when you bought it? When did you go overseas? ~Peter
