No matter who sends me a text, it comes through as the alert contact from my work, with the same message that the alert system normally sends. Even when I send a text to myself, it comes through as that same text, as from that contact. I have contacted support twice, and while on the phone, I was able to receive texts as normal. However, shortly after, the issue returns. I have reset my network connections and factory reset my phone. I've had this phone for less than a week and the Verizon store I bought it from did not activate it properly. Had to go through support just to get the phone activated as well.
