Hello, ak6477665. My apologies to hear you are experiencing issues with activating your SIM Card, but help is here. Please share more details. Where did you get the phone from? Are you listed on the account for the phone's original activation as the Account Owner or the Account Manager?

I am having the same problem (Sim isn't supported) I have used the phone with my MTN Sim for 5 months now, phone battery was low, turned off to get charge faster, after powering it back on, I received the error message, funny is if I reset the phone, my Sim works perfectly as long I'm not connected to the internet, once my phone is connected to the internet after reset I get the same error message.

Hate to tell you this, but with MTN not being a US carrier, I suspect what happened is your phone has always been a Verizon phone, but it only recently got blacklisted.  Unfortunately, phones do get stolen and then disposed of overseas, but it can take a while for it to appear on all blacklists.

Verizon's device unlocking policy states that you must activate and use the device on Verizon for at least 60 days and then it will automatically unlock.  From looking up your carrier, you're outside the US, which means you're out of luck.  You need to ask for a refund from whomever sold you the phone.
