Short code texts from 10060 number

My Verizon number doesn’t receive short code texts from 10060 number (my bank). No text blocks are enabled. Using standard Messaging app on Pixel 2XL, android 9. I still can receive other short codes numbers.

How can I fix it?

Have you performed a Network Reset on your device, as well as SIM card removal since this started to happen? Also, in the Settings of your device, can you confirm that the following steps have been taken : Settings < Apps & notifications. Tap Advanced then tap Special App Access. Now, tap Premium SMS access. Once this step has been completed, please let us know as we'll right here waiting to further assist you.
