Just updated my plan yesterday, and I went from flawlessly downloading and watching vids to so slow I cannot even load webpages. Judging the two plans, there was not to be any speed decrease. I have no exceeded my data plan before the throttle and my current speed is .06mbs download speed. Happened to anyone else?

With our Start Unlimited plan https://www.verizonwireless.com/plans/, customers do agree to be subject to network management throughout their billing cycle which means the data is slowed down in order to allow those without a network managed plan to have data priority with their speeds. There isn't a data limit that needs to be met for this to occur as customers on this unlimited plan only have to be accessing a tower experiencing high data traffic/congestion at the time of slowdown. As a result, customers may notice fluctuations in the data speeds they receive since the traffic on the tower assessed will dictate their data flow.
