Yes, I did have a question. I have called Verizon customer care FOUR times, each getting a slightly different answer. I have wasted about 10 hours of my life talking to Verizon customer service and your service is TERRIBLE! I have been a Verizon customer for 23 years and was treated so poorly that I cannot believe it.
One of your customer care "managers," who would not give me his full name or employee ID, raised his voice with me and said to me, "You are the problem!" and then hung up on me. This after talking to two three different people in one call and getting the runaround about the phone trade in promotion.
I cannot believe how AWEFULLY I was treated!!!
I have filed a complaint with the FCC for false advertising on the screen promotion I listed above and posted a screen shot of. I will likely leave Verizon and will file a complaint with the BBB and any and every other consumer protection organization extant.
I want someone from the CEO level of Verizon to contact me, ASAP!

Hello,
I just called Aspen at the Executive Office at Verizon. I could not reach her, though I called within her advertised working hours. I left a message asking that she call me back at her earliest convenience.

I am still waiting for Aspen to return my call. I am also looking at AT&T and T-Mobile as my new carriers.

I made another call to Aspen yesterday. In addition, I sent another email. If I do not hear from Aspen or someone at the Corporate level by mid-day on Friday, 1/10/2025, I will file another complaint with the FCC.

I believe that Verizon is stalling me until the promotion ends. I am document everything. Tomorrow, I will escalate this case via another means. I have been treated horribly by Verizon. This will not be forgotten.

Your support team, which may as well be a bot at this keeps giving me the same message: "someone will be in touch with me soon..." or something of the like. This needs to be resolved by Friday, 1/10/2025.

I still have not heard anything from Aspen of the Executive Office at Verizon. I have emailed and called multiple times leaving messages. It has been 7 days since I have had any type of reply from her. I request that my case, (CASE3157809) be escalated to a hirer level than Aspen.
I believe that Verizon is stalling, waiting until the promotion is over.
Please respond with another contact at the Executive Office of Verizon.

Aspen, of your executive relations team has dodged my calls repeated and finally has told me what I already know. Did you read my posts? Did you see that she asked me to contact the carrier where I got phone from to get the IMEI number?
I BOUGHT THE PHONE FROM VERIZON!!!!
Her question implies that a cell carrier would have the IMEI number in its system. So.... then VERIZON MUST HAVE THE IMEI NUMBER FROM THE PHONE I AM TRYING TO TADE IN!!!
Please refer me to Aspen's boss.
Otherwise, we will be leaving Verizon after over 20 years. I will also be contacting my local TV station, as well as putting up a youtube video detailing how I have been treated!
If you cannot help me and Aspen is giving me the runaround, who can help me?!

Aspen at the executive team evaded my calls until the promotion ended. She then suggested that I contact the provider where I bought the old phone from to get the IMEI number. I BOUGHT THE PHONE FROM VERIZON!!!
Her email implies that Verizon would have the IMEI number in your system. Verizon has evaded my attempts to get help and left a customer of over 20 years in the cold.
I just filled a complaint with the FTC and FCC, as well, I will be contacting my local TV News station's fraud protection reporters. In addition to that, I will be pressing this further until I get satisfaction on this matter.
