I went to Verizon store to activate my S23. I always had Outlook and now Gmail is my primary email account. I do not want Gmail. How do I change back to outlook,?
Rosie28, we want to make sure you have your preferred e-mail set up as your primary. Which e-mail app are you using? You can also always download the Microsoft Outlook app directly from the Play Store and use that as your primary e-mail app.

Hi, if you are referring to the phone asking you to login to your Google account in order to update the apps, etc. on the phone, yes, it does show a Gmail account because all Google accounts automatically have a Gmail account attached to them, but it doesn't mean all your emails are going to go to Gmail (unless you told all your contacts to now email you at the Gmail address). Your contacts are still going to email you at whatever email you usually use, so if there's an app for that other email service, simply download it to your phone and you should be good to go.
