Verizon, please help - need tech support to show up for Google Pixel 9!

After 4 scheduled troubleshooting phone calls to Verizon, I'm coming here. One of my phones (Google Pixel 9) has no working voicemail notifications, and no working voicemail app. I've called customer service 4 times about this, did troubleshooting with the agent each time, was escalated to a more technical team at least TWICE, and NEVER RECEIVED a call back from that escalated team on any occasion. That's hours of my time spent on the phone to get a basic function to work on this phone that you promised to deliver, and have not, yet I'm billed for full service and pay hundreds of dollars every month. PLEASE contact me to get this remedied, and I want a discount for my trouble and lost service. The impacted phone belongs to household member who is a first responder and NEEDS his voicemail to work. I've been a 13 year Verizon customer (not that it matters to you anymore). Please respond. Please have your advanced tech support supervisor set up a call at our convenience (next week Monday would work great!) to get this resolved.

Hello KimDJ. Can you confirm if the Pixel was purchased through Verizon?

Hi Kim. Pixel phones do not have a separate voicemail app. Voicemail is part of the Phone app. There is a tab on the bottom right corner of the phone app for Voicemail. The Phone app > Voicemail tab provides access to your voicemail service. As long as you have voicemail service setup on your Verizon account and the phone is provisioned correctly on the Verizon network you should be able to open the Phone app > tap Voicemail and see all messages. To set voicemail notifications tap the Phone app 3 dot menu > Settings > Voicemail  > Notifications.  See if this Pixel Help article is useful also:  https://support.google.com/phoneapp/answer/2811844?hl=en

I am a long time Pixel user so if you have issues getting into your voicemail please let me know.
