FWIW when I turn off 5g (https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-240082/) my connection seems to work however I shouldn't have to run 4G on a flagship phone....

We want your device working properly at all times, kcurtisvt. Let's take a closer look into what's going on. Please tell us more about what you experience when you say you randomly lose data. Do you receive any error messages? When did this start? Have you noticed if you are in a specific location when this happens? -Danielle

I switched over from T-mobile to Vzw few weeks ago and located in northern va. The 5g on both phones iphone 13 pro max and google pixel 6 is completely trash. It is slower than dial up speeds from the late 90s. I can't believe i'm paying premium unlimited plan prices to get these speeds. I'm debating switching back to t-mobile.

My wife and I have had our Pixel 6 Pros for over 3 months and have consistent connectivity issues with the 5G/LTE networks. This was NOT an issue with our Pixel 3a and 3aXL. We frequently have no/1 bar of service and have to reboot the phone to receive and send text messages, sometimes multiple times in one day. We live in northern NJ, not far from NYC and coverage should not be an issue. Roaming is turned on. Based on the sheer number of complaints I am reading about, a software update should be in order to fix this and if it's a hardware failure, then full credit towards an alternative device is in order. Not being able to use my phone as a phone consistently is a reason to look into another carrier. Please let me know if there is something in the works or something I can do to improve this now.

I am having the same issues with my Google Pixel 6 since I got it at the beginning of the year. Having sporadic connectivity is very frustrating. I've done all the suggested fixes and it helps for a very short time. I never know when I'm missing a phone call or text until I try to make a call or send a text. It's a constant back and forth with this phone and I am starting to regret purchasing this phone. I never had this issue with my Google Pixel 3 XL.

Fwiw my wife and I both have the same problem. It seems to occur in fits and spurts. Many different wifis and locations. We've both gone through all the trouble shooting steps with Verizon, safe for new phones. Had pixels forever, only been on Verizon for a year. Will definitely be leaving Verizon as soon as we can.

Hi Aaron,
I've also experienced network problems with my Google 6Pro. It constantly drops calls or keeps the call and only one side can hear the conversation... This has been through all the security updates and several power downs... I read many blogs stating that this phone has that problem and that the next phone will resolve the issue. Is there anything Verizon can do?
