What's the status of Pre-order?

Is anyone else stuck in the "Processing(?)"  stage after pre-ordering the Pixel 6 Pro on launch day (9/19/21) and still don't have any clue when, if ever, your order will be fulfilled. 

My confirmation email says "Ship date 9/20, Expected delivery date 9/28". It's November 2nd so both those dates are past.
