I ordered the Pixel XL 128GB white on 31 October for my wife and I have seen the date change multiple times from December 3 to 6 and then the 9th, and now January 13. My wife had called customer service few times and no one cant explain this delays. I think this is unacceptable. We were told at the Verizon store that she will have her new phone by 12/6. This should be for her 15th anniversary and she is so sad and really unhappy for this situation. I love to have some answers please. Thank you!
I don't think Google anticipated how many people would be interested in purchasing the Pixel XL 128 GB model.
