Downloaded the My Verizon app, can’t see where I can change my WiFi password.

Do you have a login for the WiFi router's admin web page?  That is normally where you'd change/set the WiFi  password and other settings.  The MyVerizon app provides access to your Verizon account and probably not the router admin page.
