700P activation on the system

I have an 700P, my Grand Daughter used. I want to use it now but it will not activate on the system, when I try to change it out, Center claims it is not longer supported, but I just activated a palm 650. The phone, was activate, but been updated in a year.  What can I do?

Good afternoon!  I apologize for any confusion or misinformation regarding activation of your Palm 700p. If Verizon Wireless branded and not currently activate on another line, there should be no problem activating on your line. You can enter the ESN on our website here to verify the device to our network. If you continue to have problems, please advise.
