So I'm on my third Palm Pre that doesn't work.  Verizon will only replace with another Palm....NO THANKS!!! So I had to buy a new phone.  Now I want to change to my new phone, but of course the Palm Pre Plus does not support Backup assistant!!! SO NOW WHAT DO I DO????  At this point, I hate Palm Pre's and I HATE VERIZON!!!  You have continually screwed me over and over.  Thanks Verizon!!!
