I've had Palm Pixi Plus for 2+ weeks and no problems with Mobile Hotspot connections until yesterday and today. Sometimes, but not always, under "Connected Device" my Client MAC Address number appears instead of my laptop's Name, and connection is "limited" and I'm unable to connect with the Internet. Rebooting the phone has solved the problem both times. Yesterday before the trouble started, I took my laptop to a community WIFI Hotspot and connected there. Have I missed doing something to resume successful use of my Mobile Hotspot? Thanks.
I have the same phone & just yesterday I had trouble using my mobile hotspot. Have u used the capability to chat with a Palm expert? Under Help in the scroll down menu it will guide u through the problem you have and it gives the option to chat, I did that today and had 100% success in resolving my problem.
