I'm not the most tech savvy person, but I just got the palm pixi plus and some of the keys aren't working. This was happening when I had just got the phone, but I could turn the phone off and back on and it was solved. That doesn't work anymore. I can't find any information as to what to do. Can anyone help? It's extremely annoying. I can press the button all I want and won't get the letter.
Definitely seems like a hardware issue if it does not and has not worked since receiving the phone. Where did you purchase it from? If purchased new from Verizon, it is likely under warranty. Keep me posted!

If only! Thank you for the response, I appreciate it. Unfortunately I bought it from Wal-Mart so I’ll have to speak with them about returning it.
