Can I use this feature now with my new phone?  cant seem to find the "get it now"

Backup assistant is not compatible the Palm Pre. Are you trying to port over your contacts?  If yes, look at this....how to transfer your contacts-->Pre Transfer Contacts

Palm does not use back up asst. directly.  You need to download your contacts from back up asst. to your desktop on your computer.  Then upload it back to your palm profile location into that location's contact file.  The type of file that will download is a .csv file.  Then go to your palm and sync with your contacts. I'm not certain but I think with the palm phone, backup asst. is pretty much useless as I don't think it has the capability to download back to Backup Asst.  This is how I did it anyway!  Good Luck!
