Palm Pre Plus Google Calendar Problem + phone mixing up contact phone numbers

Hi All -

I have an odd problem.

My Palm Pre Plus will only sync the Google Calendar in one direction. If I add or delete contacts on my laptop, the calendar appointments show up in my phone. However, if I add, delete or change an existing appointment on the Pre, the appointment never shows up in my Google Calendar.

Second problem:

When the Verison tech first set up the phone, it showed my phone number listed under the name of a random contact. I deleted that contact, and now my phone number shows up as assigned to a different random contact. When I try to dial my voicemail, it sometimes dials that contact's number instead.

Anyone have any idea what is wrong with my phone?

I have a similar issue with google syncing(among other issues with this phone). i only noticed it recently. I'm waiting to get a new device and we'll see if that fixes it.
