When I go to hotspot, and turn it on, then connect my laptop... It connects... But then I can't go to any web address' from my internet explorer browser. Any ideas would be appreciated.

What operating system and version do you have on your Laptop?

My reason for asking is (if it happens to be Windows XP) I have seen this posted a couple of times now for XP users:

Your PC may have WEP.  You might need the newer WPA2.

Try this update:
