I am a transfer from Alltel,
I originally had a Touch Pro 2 but after dropping and wrecking it after the phone was discontinued
the insurance company gave me a Treo Pro.
This this has major software issues that I just can't deal with anymore.
Does Verizon have any support for this phone since they don't sell it?
What is the best way to handle this problem?
(I am not up for an upgrade till July)

Verizon Wireless technical support can assist you with your equipment issue. You can contact Technical Support by dialing 1-800-922-0204 option 3.. if possible call from another phone other than your cell phone.
