I restarted my whole phone over and it was loading and all until it came up to a palm pixi profile and than it would let me log in or create a new one it keeps saying you have to connect to a verizon wirless representative and i called but they didnt do nothing so now i dont know what to do?
Camillevines, I'm sad to see that this issue has happened to your phone. Just to clarify, when you say you restarted you whole phone over, did you complete a hard/factory reset? It seems as though the device may not be connecting to the internet preventing you from logging into your Palm profile. Do you show an EV or 3G at the top of the phone? If not, attempt a hardware reset http://goo.gl/takP9. If still no change, I recommend contacting Palm directly at 877-426-3777 as they have other ways to reset the device to accept the intial login.
