What about Skype in the Palm pre pro?

I'm wondering: Why you can't install the Skype application in a Palm Pre pro?

The battery's life is really bad, specially when you use the "Hot spot".  Die in about 20 minutes. Any recommendation to switch to another phone with this feature, wireless modem?

At this time the Skype mobile application is not available on Palm devices. 

Skype mobile™ is a downloadable application supported by select BlackBerry and Android devices.

IDK about a Palm Pre Pro...do you mean Palm Pre Plus? But, anyway, Palm devices don't offer skype. Sorry.
