Seriously Verizon, you missed the boat. How am I suppose activate my replacement palm pre when it won't connect to your system? Then it tells me to call the 1 800 number. Yo, I only have this phone!!! No land line!!! No online chat support?? Really, can you please get up to speed???
This worked for me and I have one phone also.
Had the same problem. The Palm Pre was not able to activate on its own. However in the bottom left hand corner it says to tap to make a call. One of the options is to call customer service. tap on that! It will prompt you to activate your phone. Once the call is completed the Palm will be able to self activate.
