I would imagine by now you are wondering why nobody is answering your question - its because it doesn't really have an answer YET... Simply stated, it has not been released yet except for beta testing for any platform, let alone cell phones.

 

The ONLY cell phone version of Adobe Flash 10.1 Adobe Labs currently has under BETA test is for the Android, and then ONLY for version 2.2 of their operating system. It was made available for public beta testing just yesterday.
