2.11.605.9 update issues

I can't get the new update to work. It keeps getting to about 1/4 installed and then changes from the phone with the green circle to a phone with a red triangle and exclamation point. Please Help!!!! I can give you any information you need to help me. Just let me know.

Go into safe mode and manually request the download and see what happens
