This download tries to update daily sometimes even 3-4 a day, it always fails to finish uploading. This has been going on now for about 3 weeks. I have good signal as well.
This is getting to the point it is draining my battery with it's attempts to download. The whole download is very annoying!!!!

The phone attempting to download the update and failing is what bricked my phone although in my case it happened overnight. Consider backing up anything essential immediately. I think I'd get on the phone with support who will most likely have you do a factory reset. Many people end up having to reset anyway so at least you'd start out with a clean slate.
