My data plan will not work unless I am in a wifi zone, why is that? My mother's works on her iphone, and my fiance's works on his galaxy, but it wont work on my rhyme. Whats the point of having a data plan if you cant use it? it says the mobile network is connected, but it will only let me access the internet/pinterest/etc once in a blue moon.
If the mobile network is turned on, try dialing *611 from your phone and choose option 1 to reprogram the phone to the network. You should do this in an area with a strong signal.
