Downloading Outlook contacts to Thunderbolt

Can anyone tell me how to down load my outlook contacts to my new Thunderbolt? I tried creating a file from outlook and sending it to my gmail account, then trying to upload it but it only offers the input source SIM or SD card.

If they are on your gmail account and you can see them in your contact list then they should appear on your phone if you logged into gmail with your device.

Download HTC Sync from the HTC website to your PC that is running Outlook. The Sync app will recognize that you are running Outlook and will sync to your TB.
