I've been having trouble with links in my stock HTC email app since the update last week. Some emails are OK (links are clickable) but the one site I get the most emails from that I would like to hyperlink to come in just plain text. I've tried changing the size of incoming emails, deleting and re-entering my email account, pulled the battery, etc. Other apps like K-9 seem to work fine and I guess I'll wind up using one of those, but the time stamps on my email in Google Play apps is all over the place. Mostly 5 hours off, but sometimes not. Gets confusing. I like the unified inbox of the stock app and really would like to keep using it. Any ideas?

I am also having a similar problem. Since the update none of my links in emails work, neither in email from Microsoft Exchange or from a pop account. What happened?

Hello mtnc0001 and BrianWec,
I can imagine the frustration you are both going through because the links are not opening properly. Are you getting a specific error when trying to open a link or does it just not respond? Try clearing the cache and/or data of the email application. Menu>Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>All>Email>Clear cache and/or data. Please keep me updated with the status as I would be happy to work with you in more detail.
Thank You,

Also send reply via e-mail:
No links in my e-mail on my phone work at all. Before the update they would be highlighted in blue and when I tapped
them it would take me to the particular web page. Nothing now works in either gmail, microsoft exchange, or my pop account.
I tried clearing the cache per your suggestion but there was nothing in the cache and the button wasn’t active. Is there some type of security setting that has been turned on through the upgrade that is preventing the links from becoming active?
Thanks for your help.
